I faced a couple of inconveniences, such as limited English among staff which led to misunderstandings. Wi-Fi worked well, but slow room service was frustrating at times. Breakfast had plenty of options and tasted decent, though some items lacked freshness. Evenings on the terrace were enjoyable, except for lingering cigarette smoke from the bar area. I also found the lack of bottled water in the room a bit disappointing. Overall, while I liked the charm of the hotel, it feels like they need to address a few issues to enhance the experience.
